Oh my Holy Spirit! What is Your opinion of The Death Penalty that may be exacted by any government for the most serious crimes? Many times this becomes a personal crusade by religionists to protest official executions.
“We don´t have an opinion. It seems that you are trying to politicize Us. When a person does something terrible to another person, they have already sealed their fate with the Higher Kingdoms. No matter what is done to them on Earth because of their actions, the same terrible punishment awaits them Up Here. That is Utter Oblivion. But first, they must answer to Me! My lenience is not very favorable to terrible criminals. And, I´m not talking about Earth Laws, here. I’m talking about My Own Principles, which are both subtle and obvious and which cover a multitude of sins.
So, I don’t care what the governments on Earth decide to do with their criminals. I will make sure that justice is served to the exact measure deserved; whether that crime was ever noticed by anyone living an Earth life. Whatever happenstances occur, I do know about them and the manner of death of the guilty individual is of no consequence to Me. If an innocent victim is accused of a crime, I will make it up to them. And that is usually why public citizens object to an official death penalty. That it might accidentally execute an innocent person.
Suffering is relative because it depends upon the long-term; not the short, lifespan term that you people deal with. I have My Ways of making things turn out alright in the end. Sometimes, victims of violent crimes are glad that it happened to them because My Mercy is boundless, and may be prejudiced towards those who die innocently.”
And, what is Your Opinion of Euthanasia, or the withdrawal of artificial life support, such as breathing and feeding tubes if there seems to be no medical progress?
“It is preferred to let someone die if their body cannot sustain life without these constant support systems that are not just temporary means.”
Even if their consciousness is intact, though they appear to be in a coma?
“Yes, even if their consciousness is intact. If their body cannot function alone and has no way to regenerate that ability, such as waiting for an organ transplant, then, let that person go. Death is not to be avoided indefinitely, and these processes are there because Medicine sees Death as the enemy, to be avoided at all costs. But, man is not yet machine; though you seem to be going in that direction with artificial body parts. Still, it is important to life not to depend upon life support indefinitely.”
As far as sustaining Good Health, are You in favor of Eating Meat? Do You have any objections if humans do that and go to the lengths which obtaining it entails?
“We do not object too much; but some meats do not agree as much as others do. Some are high in fat; and obesity is a great burden on people who indulge their meat preferences towards those heavily-laced, fatty meats. We also want you to know that the animals would not mind giving their flesh to the humans if they were treated much better. Often, they have no quality of life during their raising, and especially, during their slaughter. This is an imbalance that should be corrected by civilized people.”
